Is there a minimum purchase limit in order to place an order on kreataalfa.gr?

How can I place my order?
The procedure for submitting an order to kreataalfa.gr is simple. Your personal account is created by registering (or logging in to your account for already registered users). Browse our pages and add the products you are interested into your cart.
In which areas do you deliver orders and when?
Initially, we chose to deliver only in the narrow area of the Municipality of Lamia until we make sure that our consumers receive the service we want. It is in our immediate plans to expand this area. Delivery of orders takes place from Monday to Saturday. Delivery times are from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00 and usually take one business day. We give you the opportunity during Checkout to choose the time period that is convenient for you to receive your order.
Is it delivered the same day?
Same-day delivery of your order is possible if it takes place before 12:00 noon. Otherwise the delivery takes place the next day. It is noted that deliveries do not take place on Sundays, public holidays as well as to destinations outside the Municipality of Lamia.
I am outside Lamia. Can you deliver my order to me?

Unfortunately, this possibility does not yet exist. However, you can pick it up in person from the store of your choice, at the time that suits you, by appointment.

Can I pay for my order by bank transfer?

Because the bank transfer process may delay the completion of your order, we have chosen not to include it in your payment options.

Can an order be returned?
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie their packaging has not been violated, along with the retail sales receipt or invoice. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg wrong type, etc.).
The product I received looks damaged. What is the procedure I follow?
